This 6.5 acres site is the new location of the City of Jennings Community Center and future City Hall. The site once housed the 835,000 sq ft River Roads Mall. Adjacent to a senior housing development and 2 schools, the site is designed to serve the needs of citizens of all ages.

Surrounding the City Hall and Community Center is a park-like landscape with walking paths. Seven rain gardens on site will be utilized to collect parking lot and building run-off. A plaza situated between the buildings features an outdoor senior workout area and seating area. A pre-fabricated metal bridge North-East of the two buildings will connect the senior housing to the community center.
